Hotel Slavyanski - Sunny Beach

The beach nearby offers great sunbathing opportunities. The evening meals lacked variety and taste.

The welcoming staff immediately helped us find parking, while the daily pool cleaning kept the area fresh. Our sea view room was comforting, despite some guests sharing sunbeds from the neighboring hotel.

The room was small, but clean. Breakfast was good, varied. The swimming pool was excellent, very large compared to other hotels I saw in Sunny Beach. The price to gain access to the pool was 5 Levs per person (which of course included a sunbed and umbrella). The staff was friendly. They had free WiFi only in the hotel lobby, but I could connect to it from my room's balcony on the 7th floor, so you might want to give that a try. And the most important aspect, it was dirt cheap. Excellent value for your money.

The bathroom did not have a shower tub, just a mobile shower head next to the sink. Also, no air ventilation in the bathroom. The room furniture was old, it has seen better days. However, you get by these negative aspects after the first day.

The breakfast was satisfactory with a lot of OUTSTANDING food. Its location was good very close to the sea.

The pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds.

I experienced numerous issues . The cleanliness of our room was far from satisfactory, as the staff overlooked basic hygiene practices. I encountered a rude bartender who seemed disinterested in serving guests.

Awful small bedroom and bathroom. Shower did not have a curtain or basin - water flows directly to the floor -after one shower the whole bathroom is soaped wet so the next person can hardly use it...(?!?!). It is a caravan bathroom not a 3 stars hotel ... and this should be written as an important information of the hotel so that you know before you make the reservation. No air conditioning ( just some rooms do have it ) though the hotel information says they do. Temperatures outside were so high - hard to sleep in that heat.We tried to change to a better room but no chance - one of the receptionists was extremely unfriendly - she should look for another job ( she's not able to work at a front desk ). Balcony looked terrible looking directly to an old roof. Equipment old and damaged ( mosquito curtains full of holes ). This room is not suitable for a hotel in 2011 - makes no sense. We booked 2 nights but decided immediatelly to leave the next day - we were obliged to pay the 2 nights- though hotel was full and there were guests at the reception asking for rooms. So I'm sure they rented it and received the money twice. Totally rude attitude - disgusting!

The pool area was excellent, and we enjoyed chilling at the pool bar. Check out places like the Fat Cat pub for a lively night. There's a lovely supermarket nearby for snacks. It's perfect for groups looking to kick back and relax.

While we had fun, the dining experience could be better-long queues during dinner made it frustrating. Even arriving early didn't help much with the wait.

The location is very good, Our room was superior duble and it was ok, the other was not looking so good...probably only from outside.

The breakfast was poor and always the same. They wanted to let the car key at the reception. In the reception was written that you are not allowed to bring any foodstuff in your room.

Free air conditioning and nice swimming pool, but weak Wi-Fi connection.

I enjoyed to be in this place. Had a really great stay on my holidays, everything was great. My standard twin room was nicely furnished and extremely spacious with balcony. Btw it included a refrigerator, climate control and a TV set.

large pool, very close to the beach, good breakfast, large rooms and bathrooms (we had the big double bedroom apartment)

at breakfast, once something was over you had to wait too long for them to bring it again (for example water melon), the bathrooms had only a shower with draining on the floor (no tub) and to get to the sink and toilet you had to pass the wet floor, stained towels, they charged the sun chairs and umbrella at the pool extra (5bgn each), no sun chairs or umbrella at the beach, no beach towels, being close to the beach it is noisy at night (it is close to all the restaurants and clubs on the beach)
